The hotel is situated in a very nice area directly at the lake, offering breathtaking views. The rooms are spacious and modern, equipped with TV and a lovely balcony to enjoy the waterfront atmosphere. The service could improve with more customer service training, but the housekeeping is exceptional. The dining experience, featuring an octopus millefeuille, was a highlight. The facilities are top-notch, making for a luxurious stay.

The hotel is located in the port of Huizen, right on the waterfront, in a very nice area offering every possible comfort in the rooms but could do with some customer service training. The dining experience could be improved with scones available, and the facilities are commendable. However, on the third morning, the restaurant ran out of butter which was a downside.
